Taking the first step can feel difficult, but we're here to help. Give us a call or complete our contact form to discuss your goals and see if Luminary is the right fit for you or your loved one.
The Formalities
Once you're ready to begin, we'll send you a few intake forms to complete before your first appointment.
This includes setting up your client portal, providing insurance and payment information, and answering a few questions to help your therapist prepare.
Intake Session
Your intake session is an opportunity for your therapist to get to know you, understand your goals, and learn how they can best support you. Together, you'll review your intake information and create a plan for moving forward.
Continuing your Journey
Meaningful change takes time, and consistency can make all the difference. You and your therapist will work together at a pace that feels right for you, building toward your goals one step at a time.
