Each person is unique, and I believe it is my job to get to know each of my clients to help them identify goals, discover their own internal control, and work toward their fullest potential. I have over 14 years experience working with diverse populations using a person-centered, strengths based approach to therapy.

I have experience with all ages and find a special joy in working with adolescence through early adulthood. I teach and encourage clients to use mindfulness and emotional regulation both in counseling and out in the world. I work with clients through a myriad of topics, especially anxiety, OCD, depression, school/work avoidance, life transitions, and adjustment issues.

I believe therapy works best when there's a relief, a space where you can pause and just be. My style is warm, direct, and real. I show up as myself, nerdy (Pokemon, Star Wars, RPGs, etc), a little sarcastic (in a clinically appropriate way, of course), and very transparent. I value authenticity over perfection, and I strive to create a space where people don’t have to mask or perform to be understood. I provide individual and family therapy for children (4+), teens, adolescents, and adults.

I have a specific interest in postpartum treatment. A time in our lives when everything feels like ‘woah, this is a lot’ on repeat. Therapy can be the space where that gets said out loud, with you, and you no longer have to carry it alone. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties around boundaries and relationships.

My treatment modalities are evidence-based and trauma-informed, including Play Therapy, CBT, Schema-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Attachment, which I tailor to meet your unique goals.

Outside of sessions, I’m a self-proclaimed nerd who loves board games, Dungeons & Dragons, and video games. I also enjoy kickboxing, laughing at Taskmaster, and spending time with my kiddo, partner, and our pup Ramona.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is all about connection; when we find the right fit, growth and healing become possible.
